WHAT IF I WANT TO PAUSE OR CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
To pause or cancel, visit your account settings. Your changes will be applied to your next subscription period.
HOW DO I USE THE DISCOUNT?
You'll get an email each month with a link to a new video and the discount code.
HOW WILL I BE CONNECTED TO A STYLIST?
You have two options: you can take our Style Quiz to be matched with one of our stylists, or you can choose which stylist you'd like to work with! Once you sign up for our membership, we will send you an email with a link to the Style Quiz if you'd like to be matched. We will analyze the results of your quiz and match you with a stylist that we think will be suit you! You can always decide for yourself though. Either way, we know you'll love your stylist!

No problem at all! We're happy to keep you matched up with them!
